At Digi Matrax LLC, client satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver services that meet or exceed expectations. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require refund consideration.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet been started or no significant work has been completed.
- The client cancels the service within 7 days of purchase for fixed-price projects.
- Digi Matrax LLC fails to deliver agreed-upon milestones after multiple attempts and communication.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom website development or design projects that have been initiated.
- Third-party service charges (plugins, hosting, domains, or licenses).
- Completed and delivered work that the client has approved.
3. Refund Process
Clients must submit a formal refund request via email at info@digimatrax.com. Requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Service Cancellations
In case of project termination initiated by the client, payment for completed work will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
5. Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to contact our support team before filing any disputes. Our team will make every effort to resolve issues professionally and fairly.
